    • Spouses
      • It’s not always the act that destroys the marriage, but the unwillingness to forgive

      • Being over possessive and demanding
    • Lack of Respect
      • Not considering the well being or interest of others
      • Not honoring authority
  • Fear
    • Fear can paralyze and isolate us
    • Fear and worry are enemies of faith
    • Perfect love drives out fear (1 John 4:18)

Final Words

  • Live with an awareness of the enemy
  • Build a defense
    • Submit to God (James 4:7)
    • Be self-controlled (I Peter 5:8)
    • Put on the Armor of God
    • Stand together
    • Pray
    • Live with victory and hope

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. (Romans 8:37)

Going Deeper

  • Identify Satan’s flaming arrows in your life. What can you do to make sure you are protected from those arrows?
  • What areas of your life do you think you are the strongest in?  Surrender those areas to God as well as your weak areas.
  • Read Romans 8:28 – 39. What difference does being “more than conquerors” make in everyday life?
