Going Deeper

  1. Does the fact that God knows and sees the past, present and future at the same time bring comfort? Why or why not?
  1. Why do you think God does not give us specific times and dates for His work among us, (i.e. when Christ will come again)?
  1. Can you think of a time when your timing and God’s timing didn’t match?  How did you respond?
  1. In what ways do you feel enslaved by time?  Ask God to set you free and be Lord of your time.
  1. Scripture for Reflection:

                Psalm 102:25 -27, Psalm 121:1-4, Isaiah 40:28 – 31, Rev. 1:8
